At the HOOD Summit in Houston, Robinhood unveiled AI agents powered by OpenAI and Anthropic models. These agents can scan market data, build watchlists and suggest trades in stocks, options and crypto from a dedicated account.
Users start with manual approval for every trade but can switch to autonomous “Cycles” that trigger actions once price or market conditions are met. Leverage remains off-limits for the agents at launch.
The company also plans weekend trading for selected US stocks and ETFs via Bruce ATS, plus perpetual Bitcoin and Ethereum futures offering up to 10x leverage for eligible American clients. Features will roll out gradually.
