This agreement sets the rules for smokebot.pro and the SmokeBot PRO automated trading service (the “service”, the “bot”, “we”). Registration, sign-in or starting the bot means you accept this agreement.

1. Scope

The service provides a trading bot and a user account. Trades are placed on the user’s exchange account through the API. The service is not a bank, a broker or an exchange and does not hold the user’s exchange funds.

2. Liability

We are not liable for exchange outages, API errors, a blocked exchange account, exchange insolvency, theft of funds on the exchange, sharp price moves or the user’s own actions.

The service is provided “as is”. No return is promised. Results depend on the market, liquidity, the operating mode and your settings. You choose the settings. Losses from incorrect or aggressive parameters are yours.

3. Funds and API keys

Trading funds stay on the user’s exchange account. We do not take those funds into custody and we cannot withdraw them from the exchange. The bot only places and cancels orders through API keys that you save in the panel.

The service balance in the SmokeBot PRO account is a record of service fees. It is not an exchange deposit.

4. Account

One person may have one account. Extra accounts without support approval are not allowed. Using the same exchange API keys in another person’s account without our consent is not allowed. We may limit or close access if these rules are broken.

5. Information sources

We are not responsible for descriptions of the service on third-party websites. Official information is published on smokebot.pro.

6. Fees

You pay for the service at the rates and commissions shown in your profile. Fees are charged from the service balance as displayed in the account. You can see the charge history in the profile.

With a zero or positive service balance the service works in the normal way. With a negative balance we may restrict starting the bot and creating new settings. Positions already open on the exchange are closed under the exchange rules; we do not withdraw funds from the exchange.

Top-up methods are shown in the account.

7. Refunds

The service balance is not refunded if the service has already been provided: the account was created, the bot was started or trading took place.

A refund may be made for a mistaken top-up: funds were added to the bot balance instead of the exchange account. Trading losses, exchange balances and exchange commissions are not refunded. Details are set out in the Refund policy.

8. Operation The bot runs on our servers. You do not need to install software on your computer. We keep the service available as far as reasonably possible, but interruptions may occur. An account with no sign-ins and no bot activity for 360 days in a row may be deleted. Restoration is requested through the contact form on the website.
