This page describes what information we collect on smokebot.pro and why. SmokeBot PRO is a trading bot and a user account. It is not a bank, a payment institution or an exchange.

By registering or signing in you confirm that you have read this policy and the User agreement.

What we collect

We keep only what the service needs:

your name and email on sign-up; a protected password; interface language; a Telegram ID if you save one; bot settings, the service balance and top-up records; exchange API keys that you enter in the panel; messages you send from the site; technical visit data such as IP address, sign-in time, the language cookie and browser details.

We do not store your passport, home address, date of birth or card number. Payments are handled by the payment provider. Your exchange account and funds on the exchange belong to the exchange, not to us.

Why we use it

To create the account and the bot, let you into the panel, calculate fees and top-ups, send email or Telegram notices, show the site in the chosen language, answer support requests and reduce abuse.

Cookies

Cookies remember language and the login session. Without them the account area and RU/EN switching may fail.

Who else may see the data

We do not sell personal data. Access is limited to the payment provider for a top-up, the mail server for outgoing email, Telegram if notices are on, the exchange within the scope of your API keys, and a public authority if the law requires it.

How long we keep it

For as long as the account exists and as long as we need the records for billing. After the account is deleted we erase or anonymise the data unless the law says we must keep it longer.

Your choices

Write to us to ask what we store, to correct it or to delete the account. Some fields you can change in the profile yourself. If you withdraw consent for data the bot cannot run without, the service cannot be used.

Access on your side

You must keep your password, mailbox, Telegram and API keys private. If they are lost or given to someone else, sign-ins and trades are your responsibility. Data sent over the internet cannot be guaranteed fully secret.
