Refund policy

SmokeBot PRO fees are charged according to the rates and commissions shown in your account.

The starting balance and bot usage fees are not refundable if the service has already been provided: the account was created, the bot was started, or trading took place.

If a charge was made in error or access to the service was not provided due to our fault, contact us.

A refund may be made in the case of a mistaken top-up. A mistaken top-up means adding funds to the bot balance instead of adding funds for trading on the exchange.

Exchange funds, trading losses and exchange commissions are not refunded!
