Bitcoin climbed back near 85,500 dollars after a 2.1 % gain in the last 24 hours. The move followed renewed buying from institutions: U.S. spot Bitcoin ETFs recorded net inflows of 102.7 million dollars on October 1. BlackRock’s IBIT took in 195.6 million while Fidelity’s FBTC saw 60.7 million in outflows.
On Polymarket the chance that any one-minute Binance candle for BTC/USDT reaches 90,000 dollars or higher at some point in October sits at 56–59.5 %. Roughly 880,000 dollars have already changed hands across these contracts, and the 85,000-dollar level has already resolved as yes.
Wall Street analysts added to the bullish tone. Citi set a 12-month target of 113,000 dollars and forecast 5 billion dollars of fresh ETF inflows. Even so, longer-term platforms such as Kalshi put the odds of Bitcoin touching 100,000 dollars at any time in 2026 at just 34 %.
