12.09.2026 · Cryptonews

Traders on Thursday increased bets on a Federal Reserve rate hike at the September 15–16 meeting, with futures now pricing in roughly a 70 % probability.

Zcash led losses among major assets, falling about 12 % to $1,134 while still up 34 % for the week and nearly 145 % for the month. Hyperliquid dropped 7 % below $79, Dogecoin lost 6 % to $0.08, and XRP declined 3 % to $1.34. Solana traded just below $100 after a more than 3 % drop.

Ethereum held up better, down almost 2 % to $2,445. BNB slipped just over 1 % to around $710, while Tron stayed flat at $0.34 and gained more than 3 % on the week.

Bitget analyst Lewis Huang highlighted $76,270 as a key technical support level for Bitcoin, which is now trading less than $800 above it.

Rising Treasury yields and oil prices (Brent above $107 per barrel) added pressure on risk assets. U.S. spot Bitcoin ETFs recorded $120 million in outflows, while Ethereum, XRP, and Solana funds saw inflows.
