Timothy Peterson believes Bitcoin is on track for a fresh all-time high within the next three months. He points to repeated historical patterns where the price, after climbing back from 50 % below its prior peak to 30 % below it, always went on to set new records.
In every past instance this move took at most 75 days, with a median of just 24 days, and it never required revisiting cycle lows. Peterson says the same dynamic has held across different macro environments.
He now sees $88,000 as the decisive line: a decisive move above it, expected by late October, would clear the way for the new high. In the near term he allows for a possible dip toward $77,000 before the next leg higher.
