Binance pulled its MiCA license application in Greece just days before the July 1 deadline. The exchange had filed in January, but reports of an impending rejection surfaced in mid-June.

The company instead stressed its long-term commitment to Europe and said it will now pursue the license in another EU jurisdiction. Neither the ECB nor HCMC has commented so far.
